socialism good, capitalism bad ethics checked at the door

when I read this: "there needs to be a balance between capitalism and socialism. Capitalists never seem to be satisfied and always want more, often at the expense of the masses. It is overindulgence and greed that can destroy a country from within. This chapter introduces the reader to the ethical responsibilities and legal risks..."
seriously? One may wonder how we can have the likes of bernie sanders being a viable candidate in today's presidential election. But when you read this passage you may wonder no more. Capitalism used as a pejorative to explain the "ethical responsibilities " of healthcare laws???? wow. Somehow I am surprised this kind of language is in a text. But I really shouldn't be. Perhaps the surprise is from the blatant stance against capitalism. I thought it would be more discreet. And why no inclusion of the pitfalls of socialism after damning capitalism?
