An important book on a forgotten disorder

This is an important book on an often overlooked subject. The disorder is known from antiquity but at present often confused with major depressive disorder in general. The authors are outstanding researchers in the field and provides the text with an exquisite reference-list. As promised on the cover it gives a good image of diagnosis, psychopathology and treatment of a disorder that causes much suffering and means an increased risk of suicide in comparison with major depressive disorder in general. I do recommend this book!
